Geothermal International Ltd. was established in 2000 to design and install ground source heat pump systems. Since 2000 Geothermal International has been involved with the design and implementation of well over 100 such installations, ranging from small, single homes with a 6kW heating requirement, to large scale commercial ventures requiring Megawatts of Heating and Cooling.
Geothermal International has developed jointly with its sister company "WaterFurnace Europe PLC", responsible for the distribution of the WaterFurnace heat pump range across Europe and Russia.
Both Geothermal International Ltd. Limited and WaterFurnace Europe PLC were founded and are lead by Brian Davidson, CEO. Brian brings over 30 years of electrical and mechanical contracting experience, much at senior board level, to both companies.

The Head office of both companies in Coventry is home to a staff of experienced Engineers, Technicians, Managers and Administration staff. WaterFurnace Europe’s staff have a European bias and coordinate a network of dealers across Europe and Russia, including Scotland, Eire and Northern Ireland. Geothermal International sales staff focus on England and Wales, and the idiosyncrasies of both the UK’s Geology and the UK's Heating and Cooling market.
The company also runs a warehouse facility located between the M1, M6 and M42.
