Developer Grants Available
GI can offer a range of cash backs on all of our Residential ground source heat pump installations for developers. Terms & Conditions apply. Our partnership with British Gas allows us to do this.

Community and Non-Profit Making Organisations
i.e. Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Charitable Bodies can apply for either. Because of our partnership with British Gas, a grant of 50% of all eligible costs is available under the LCBP Phase 2 grant scheme. LCBP finishes in June 2009.

Companies and Businesses
It is probable that your company could benefit from various tax incentives and interest free loans that are available to companies installing Geothermal International (WaterFurnace) heat pump systems. These can result in savings of up to 40% on capital costs. The Enhanced Capital Allowance scheme means that a business could claim 100% first-year allowances (FYA's) if it incurs qualifying expenditure on designated energy-saving plant and machinery. Our heat pumps are on the qualifying Energy Technology Product List. Additionally, Energy-Efficiency Loans are available to save you money when you replace your existing equipment with a more energy-efficient version. If you are a small or medium-sized business, you could borrow £5,000 - £100,000 at 0% fixed interest to fund the purchase of your heat pump. We recommend you seek financial advice on the above.
