Step 1 : Feasibility study
Free of charge and using basic information supplied by you we can provide an assessment of the costs and benefits of any particular geothermal project.

To make your feasibility study as accurate as possible we will require following basic information:

Building location (postcode is ideal)
Outline building heating and cooling loads
Site plans (if available)

As each study is bespoke to the project we generally need two of weeks to provide your report. If time is more pressing then we can provide a less in-depth study for you.

The feasibility study will help you decide how appropriate geothermal is for your project.

Step 2 : Project team appointment
Having decided upon a geothermal solution for your building and bearing in mind that the most successful geothermal projects will involve a geothermal specialist, we would advise our appointment at an early stage.

Step 3 : Detailed design
As part of your project team our fully qualified team of M&E engineers will undertake a detailed design of the geothermal system. This will include all aspects of the external works, plant room layouts and the interface with your building, including building management systems.

Step 4 : System installation
We undertake the full range of system installation from ground loop to heat pumps and controls.

We have a team of dedicated project engineers who will oversee the successful installation of your ground source heating and cooling system at each stage of the contract.

Step 5 : System commission and maintenance
We take responsibility for a fully commissioned and working geothermal system to the specification of the contract. This will include warranty of the ground loop, system design and heat pump performance.

After your building is completed we offer as standard an 18 month warranty and can offer five or ten year extended warranties, including full maintenance packages.
